PVC Resin .HANWHA P-1000 is a PVC homopolymer made by suspension polymerization. It is recommended for various products such as pipe, sheet, profile, wire, film manufacturing. P-1000 is a general purpose resin used for soft and rigid applications and is most widely used in PVC grades.

Hygain HS 1000R features thermo plasticity, being insoluble into water, gasoline and alcohol, swelled or dissolved into ether, ketone, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbon, high resistance to corrosion, and good dielectric property.

Property:-

Zhongtai Chemical PVC Resin is a polymer compound polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer (VCM), and its structural unit is [CH2-CHCL]. The degree of polymerization is usually in the range of 590-1500. According to the content of residual polyethylene monomer in PVC resin, it can be divided into industrial grade, food hygiene grade and medical grade. The appearance of PVC resin is white powder.

Use:-

A medium molecular weight Dispersion Resin, with K value in the range of 64 to 66, best suited for the leathercloth industry and for applications like dip moulding and rotomoulding.

Blood bags, windows, and pipelines are among the products created with this resin. It is the solution method, the emulsion/dispersion method, the bulk method, and the suspension method.
